Hermes has over 16,000 PaketShops in Germany and another 1,400+ in Austria. That is over 17,000 pickup points in total.
If customer is not at home, courier can hand over the parcel to a neighbor. Customer is informed via SMS or email.
Parcels are stored in PaketShops for 7 days. Customers receive a notification with PIN code for pickup.
