Yes, for label printing you need your own DPD contract. Shipdock connects to your existing account via API.
Yes, via Predict service the customer can redirect parcel to another address, Pickup Shop or Pickup Box. Changes are possible until delivery day.
DPD has a partnership with Alza and offers delivery to 2,000+ AlzaBoxes in CZ. Customer selects AlzaBox in checkout and receives pickup code.
DPD Pickup Box has a 20 kg limit and max dimensions 60ร50ร40 cm. For heavier parcels use Pickup Shop (up to 31.5 kg).
