How to connect Packeta to Shopify
3 simple steps and you can start shipping.
Get API key
Log in to your Packeta client section and generate an API key. If you don't have a contract, create an account.

Install Shipdock from the Shopify App Store. Installation takes 2 minutes and works with any plan.
Install from Shopify →Enter API key
In Shipdock settings, enter your Packeta API key. Widget and label printing start working immediately.

Yes. You connect Shipdock to your existing Packeta account. If you don't have one, create it free at packeta.com – registration takes a few minutes.
Yes. Packeta operates in 33 countries. Each country has a network of local pickup points. The workflow is the same as for domestic shipments.
COD amount automatically transfers from Shopify to the label. Packeta collects money from the customer and pays you to your bank account.
Yes. In Shopify you set up two shipping rates – one for Z-Box/Z-Point, one for Packeta Home.
Z-Boxes have a 15 kg limit and max dimensions 41×38×64 cm. For heavier packages use Z-Point (up to 20 kg) or Packeta Home (up to 30 kg).
