Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Shipdock reserves the right to suspend or terminate partnerships if referrals violate general rules. The company may immediately terminate for fraudulent activities or misuse without notice. Commission payments require referrals to meet necessary criteria and have acceptable Shopify store standards. Websites resembling the Shopify App Store are excluded from participation.

Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice. Email notification is acceptable for this purpose.

Shipdock may modify these terms at its discretion. Affiliates will receive email notification of any changes. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of modified terms.

Affiliates must reach a $50 minimum earnings threshold before requesting withdrawal. Payouts are processed through the Mantle Payout system within 30 days after billing completion.

Affiliates earn 15% commission for 3 months after a referred merchant subscribes to a paid plan. Earnings stop when referred customers cancel their subscriptions.

Only Shopify stores with Basic plans or higher qualify as valid referrals. A referral is counted as successful when the trial period ends and the store starts paying for a subscription.

Affiliates make referrals without guarantees of profit or sales results. The affiliate bears no responsibility if referrals fail to achieve desired outcomes.

Information sharing is restricted except when: - Required by law - Disclosed to authorized personnel - Information is publicly available - Information was previously known - Information was independently developed
